of your designs. Obviously, you wouldn't do this if it was a problem, but I was just wondering what your thoughts were on it. Our design includes an island cooktop where we'd rather not use a suspended hood over the island. We're unsure about the value of adding a telescoping ventilator for the cooktop
this was designed for - or the widths of the counter, island etc so we can figure. Thank you.

84". I plan to seat 8. The chair cushions have a max width of 22" but I will probably go 20" and they will be armless. I'm considering getting 2 more chairs just for that "squeeze in time" if necessary.
The designer is quoted as saying he incorporated the old trick of designing the table and chandelier so that light bounces up off the table onto the guests faces and that this removes shadows under eyes and improves everyone's appearance. Interesting thought.
center. The designer commissioned artist Kenny Kicklighter to create a koi fish hanging sculpture for the dining room wall. The oil painting on mahogany panels is by Madeline McKay. Table, buffet: Berman Rosetti

you are planning on reselling your home. They are wonderful in adding value to your personal use of the kitchen but are not always a wise choice if you are renovating purely to sell. Internal drawer and cabinet fit-outs are often expensive, and the extra money you spend on these accessories may not come

Thank you for your message. I would contact Tiare at Archipelago Hawaii. She was the designer for the home and would know where the lamp

floor plan isn't quite the same as I envision ours to be, but the general idea of having living room up front and kitchen to the rear left is my plan. Our dining room would be across the kitchen w/sliders opening to new deck.
