After initial questions about what was desired, Brian submitted a closet design for my approval or suggestions. He worked with me by email through five different design versions over several days before we both agreed on version #6. After approving the design we set up an installation time within a week, and he proceeded to transform my closet. In less than three hours Brian expertly removed the existing rods, installed the new pieces, and completely cleaned up after his work. I LOVE the results! At my request Brian returned a couple of weeks later to add belt and scarf hangars after I decided what I wanted; he was as easy to contact, as cooperative, and as efficient as the first time he came.
