“I was referred to this company by a very good friend. I had a second home located 22 miles from my Primary Residence and wanted sell it as the housing market was recovering nicely and it was in a hot market area. I described exactly what I wanted the overall project to end up as - a move in ready single family home with lots of "curb appeal". The project was a little longer than I was hoping for but the results were spectacular! The cracked Master Bathroom sink was over 18 years old and it was replaced with an identical one. All of the old brass hardware was changed to brushed nickel. All cabinetry in the Master Bath and Kitchen were sanded and painted a matte white. The entire interior was repainted in a neutral golden beige with gleaming white trip. All the electrical and HVAC was brought up to current city code requirements. The front yard had old bushes removed and bricks lining the walkway to the front were removed as it was very dated. The old city light pole which was peeling badly and looked rusty was painted a flat black. The finished house had 43 showings via the Multi List Service (MLS) and closed the deal in 28 days! I got the full asking price on the second offer and it was an all cash deal!”

I did the concrete, brick work and roof. The work he did for me was very high quality and done in a timely manner. I would surely recommend Douglas Specialties to anyone who wants a high end carport.”

“FANTASTIC Experience!! My husband and I wanted to host a 50th birthday party for our dear friend by certain date. We wanted an entire outdoor living area created with outdoor kitchen and patio cover w/bar. We had a very aggressive date which Mike and company not only met, but were several days early! Communication was spot on! He kept us in the loop on every task of the project leaving no room for surprises. His staff is very professional and knowledgeable.
