Ceiling & Trim color

Could you please tell me what colors you used for the ceiling & trim. I'm building and the trim is going up right now. If I choose gray owl or repose gray for the wall color what should I use for the trim color? The color of my kitchen cabinets are Benjamin Moore winter wheat. Please please please help me decide!!!

In this case the trim exactly matches the cabinetry for a seamless look. The crown was sourced to match the trim and field painted to match the cabinets. The cabinets have a factory finish. I'd recommend either going with snowfall white (BM) or going with a darker wall color and matching the trim to cabinets. Its hard to say without seeing the space but I do some test blocks and see how that works out. Good luck!
