That is a clear stain over solid White Oak timbers.

Good morning! Are the columns solid heavy timber? If so, how did you anchor them?

They are solid heavy timber. We fastened them via mortise and tenon joinery and included stainless steel lag screws per our structural engineer's recommendations.
