Yes, I saw the floor plan and I appreciate the link and cost per square foot for California. I believe that construction prices in Canada may be a bit higher but that gives me a good idea of the cost. There is an old gothic revival stone house near where I live and I have always dreamed of a field stone cottage. Your guest house design is very appealing.
