What does your Kitchen Desiger recommend for your application?

Sorry, I should have been more specific . These are for the two bottom cabinets on either side of my stove. Designers say either lazy Susan's (with no middle rod) , or blind corner pull outs could work. I'm planning pot drawers in the other 3sections. So far I'm thinking of lazy Susan's on bottom shelfs only.

Blind corners with pull outs can have clearance issues against a deeper than cabinet depth appliance like a range. Also, most will require 48", not the 36" that a super susan will need. So much depends on the actual layout and context that it's difficult to tell you without more information and a diagram.
