I'm guessing that you are trying to slide the pivot arm off the drive axle and the clip is off but it won't budge? If there is wear between the bearing and shaft like in a lack of lube situation that can hold it. Also the liner between the arm and the deck can be stuck. Try some of your favorite lube and a bit of extra persuasion. If you need further help, post the model # and which arm you are having difficulty with.

I have a Super Recycler 20038 (for those who may benefit from this).. it turns out it was just a bit of extra persuasion required..I used a lever to push up the gear box, pushing up the axle, then my wife just kept tugging at it..it finally pulled right off. Re-assembly was fairly easy, everything is back together and the wheels both engage when moving forward..so that's a good sign!
