Help With Part # For Carb on Tecumseh HMSK80 Snow King Engine

I have a Tecumseh Snow King Engine HMSK80 (8 HP).

It's a Lauson carb, part # 632334A.

I need to replace the THROTTLE RETURN SPRING (see pic of my actual carb).

I have the parts manual for the engine but it only gives the part # for the entire carb assembly, not the return spring. I can replace the carb for about $ 80.00 but that's a steep price for a lousy spring.

Spent countless hours searching but unable to find the part # for spring only.

Does anybody know if it can be purchased separately and provide the part # if possible.

Any suggestions are sincerely appreciated.

part number for the spring is 631970 Tecumseh parts are getting harder to find only one of my suppliers has any.

Wow super, thanks for the part #, I'll do a search tonight and buy one.
If I may ask, where were you able to find the part #?

I have a Tecumseh HMSK80. I was having problems with it idleing really high. I tried turning it down but after it was warmed up would still do the same thing. I tore it all down and ordered new parts for it. Got a new governor spring for it also. Im having problems with putting the linkage back together and where the spring goes. If anyone has any help tips or advice it would be greatly appreciated. thanks
