The fire has been stopped before it got too close, the fire-line held now for two days and other lines are being constructed, we feel great relief.

Unpacking shall commence today, all the items packed, crammed into one overnight bag, were knits and non-iron things, but they are so wrinkled that I need to run them through the dryer with a couple of wet towels. Gives me the opportunity to organize my dresser drawers, not a bad option, will keep me busy for a day or so.
