What is this blooming House Plant?

My grandmother gave me a piece of a house plant that blooms a pinkish/redish colored flower. Does anyone know what this house plant is called? It rooted in water and just started blooming. I am not looking for the name of the plant shiny leaves, I am looking for the plant name with the blooms.
