in the houseplant forum.. you might want to also add a pic of the whole.. advise as to when the last time it was repotted.. and also.. when is the last time you have selectively pulled out.. old.. aged leaves ...

if it were my plant.. and it was ONLY those two leaves... i would just pull them out ..

but.. knowledge is power.. and learning never hurt anyone...

Looks like a Clivia to me.

I second Clivia. Go to the clivia forum, though these are tough plants and their only enemy is over watering (rot) and direct midday/ afternoon sun that burns/ discolors leaves...
