Not everyone hibernates for the winter. Here in FL, winter is some of the nicest time for gardening- pleasant temperatures and low humidity. Our pond grows all winter, but the lilies go dormant for a couple months, despite the temperatures. Maybe they are triggered by day length?

Just a little north of flgargoyle, but still nice. My fish are still doing the "happy dance" also, but don't think I will have any babies at this time, still have those drated Blue Gills in there. Probably at least 50 baby ones. I am going fishing again, but may have to keep it up as some of them are still too small to bite a hook. Glenda

My fish are inside for winter so get to enjoy them all year in the cold North!

I have a large 2 story house, but it isn't big enough to bring the fish into. I would feel bad putting them into anything smaller than their 5000 gal home. I still get to enjoy mine year round though. Uh-Oh there goes that mean streak again. Sorry. Glenda

Well you probably all win, I spoke to soon because I got a full time job a few days ago, so cant enjoy it as much as I would like to now.....:) will post pics as soon as I get time...I dont have enough of it at the moment.
