I vote Korean Spice...I had burkwoodii (a hybrid of it) and loved it.

I agree - Korean Spice (V. carlesii) is the most fragrant, but, having a Juddii myself and having experienced Burkwood's scent, any of them are tantalizing in the spring. Not sure that any of them will bloom longer than the others. If you can only have one, maybe "Momma," one of the parents of the others, knows (and is) best.
I will say that my Juddi has remained fuller at the bottom than Burkwood, and I haven't grown a Korean Spice myself to know its habit concerning leggy-ness. Maybe in your situation that won't matter.

Judd doesn't get good fall color around here so Korean wins with its typical good red wine to burgundy fall color.
