Most times the nut that retains the brake arm at the brake disk is the primary adjustment point. Try a 1/2 turn at a time. Provided the brake is working freely, that may be all it takes.

Thanks Tom, I found a parts manual online and can see the rod at the right rear of the transmission is where it is adjusted.
