What color and brand is the turquoise desk.

I want to paint my kitchen island turquoise. The house is small and the kitchen is all white. I love the modern look of turquoise but don't want the color turquoise you would see in a Mexican Restaurant. I want a very modern color. Love some suggestions.

Benjamin Moore just came out with a new deck of colors called color stories. My absolute favorite is skydive it is a little darker than the color above but it is a more modern turquoise color. Benjamin Moore's description is, "Take in the color of sea and sky as you soar high above the Caribbean." Another color that might work for you is, In the tropics.
Unfortunately with computer generated images what you are seeing might be very different from what I am seeing due to our screens however I tried to match it up with my paint decks and you may want to try baby boy blue, (2056-50) or cool aqua, (2056-40). Also a similar color from Behr, Tropical Waters (s-g-500), might be a match as well. Good luck with your project!
