Brick backsplash

Hello - I am considering a tile called Union Square, from Daltile instead of real brick - can you tell me what you used here? Love the look. Thanks!

This kitchen was an addition to an existing house. The brick "backsplash" is the actual exterior wall of the original house. The bricks are real and 50 years old.

i have union square around my fire place and on my laundry floor. love it. getting ready to remodel my kitchen and will use it as a backsplash over the stove.
