Are the other lights the same?
Honey bees are in the hive when dark..... are you sure they are honey bees??
Make sure, put the lights on when completely dark.

This has also happened to me! I have a security light facing the backyard, and i have been finding bees acting erratically or just flat out dead, in the 10's and 20's. They are just dead on the ground under the light. It is really sad, I'm desperate for an explanation. I am concerned something unseen is hurting them and may be toxic in general.

If the bees are working late, they seem to get lost on their way home....instead of finding the hive visually,they go for lights. I think that if conditions are mild ( a lit window), they might fly home in the morning, but if they hit a hot light, they might get baked.

Delaying turning on your lights might help....
