Nerine hybrids obtained from Amaryllis belladonna, Brunsvigia.
I doubt the success of the cross but to try. Hippeastrum I have already in bloom,
but diploids (cybisters), so I have to wait for the flowering of fertile tetraploids.

I doubt the success, it seems Hippeastrum are much more picky as opposed to their S. African counter parts! Amaryllis, Brunsvigia, Boophane, Nerine, Ammocharis and Crinum will all freely cross with one another. The S. American varieties don't seem to be as receptive to intergeneric crosses. Success has been found in crossing these:

Hippeastrum x Sprekelia
Habranthus x Sprekelia
Stenomesson x Phaedranassa
Zephryanthes x Habranthus
Eucharis x Caliphuria

I once read that someone claimed to make a cross of Clivia x Eucharis but it was ruled as a selfed Clivia plant.

There is a friend of mine that said he crossed Lycoris and Nerine, this would be wonderful but it's too early to tell if it's a successful cross!

I hope you have luck with this cross, it would be an amazing milestone! Nothing is sure in the world of plants ;)
