Love the fireplace; what brand and who sells it? thank you

I have been unable to locate a dealer who sells a fireplace with such a low height. Is it gas or ethanol or electric?

This is a custom gas fireplace with custom flue. Sorry I can't find the company name, but it was out in Long Island. We had get a nyc mea rated assembly, then designed a custom installation with insulation between the wood and the steel lintel (hidden).

would you happen to have any information on the way the steel lintel was designed to achieve the clearance to combustibles. I'm having a hard time getting imformation related to doing a similar installation.

This was done a few years back, so not sure if you can get the clearances required...But we provided a fire resistant insulation blanket (mineral wool) between the steel and millwork.
