WANTED : Camellia Seeds or Cuttings.

Hi I would like to grow many different camellias. If anyone has seeds or cuttings . Could you contact me via email please ? I can make payment of postage and all other expenes.

P.S. I live in out of the usa at the moment.

    is it legal to send plant material to a foreign country?
    i am thinkng it is a complicated process and involves obtaining phytosanitary certificates or similar.

    It depends on the laws of the country that you want to send the scions to. The United States requires the phytosanitary certificate along with a permit from USDA to import, but I don't know what other countries require.
