Your plant's soil looks like a very bad soil for it :( I suggest a 50% of dried sphagnum moss (can be found in any garden store) and 50% of some wood chips or instead of the chips use some orchid mix Nepenthes will not fogive you from root rot witch is what your soil will cause make sure to water them once a day (unless their outside in very hot weather). I don't see a window from your pictures make sure it's on a windowsill! They need filtered sunlight (late evening sun).

100% LFS is fine as in the first picture as long as you don't keep it dripping wet. Cant tell exactly what's in the mix in the second picture besides peat and perlite. The plant looks fair but why is it on it's side? Soil looks a little heavy but if you don't keep it waterlogged it should be fine. If it is waterlogged let it dry out some. Next time you repot throw more perlite and/or orchid bark in the mix.

That should be a good enough mix for now but when it gets bigger you might want to add some bark.

It's labeled 'Orchid bark' but I think it's pine bark. Sold in bags of about a 2 gallon size. I get mine from Lowes in the fertilizer section.
