An Aloe, looks a little like Aloe 'Lizard Lips', but it could be another hybrid.

The big aloe loks like Aloe Rico. The little guy could be Aloe 'Donnie'. These are both hybrids by Kelly Griffen, one very prolific hybridizer. You could google his name and look around his hybrid pictures. I am only guessing.

Thank you! So now I know it is an aloe. And looks like my pics are side way again. My iPhone and iPad all shows the flower stem is vertical and the second pic with the white pot on the top right. ( which is the way I took the pic with my iPhone). And sorry I do not know any ID of these plant - so if anybody have an ID, I am all ears. All plants I got from BBS, if that could be any help. The thing about IDing Kelly Griffen hybrids is that there are hundreds of them, some are very definite and his seeds from unofficial hybrids have also made there way onto the market and a lot of them look similar. Like Aloe Rici looks like Lizard lips looks like Pink Blush looks like Guidi , looks like Silver ridge. Get the picture?

he is now working for Altman's , I think, so Big Boxes are getting them in. Now if they could only LABEL them.

Ah, I have the same aloe, also from a BBS! At the time, I decided it was a Pink Blush, but I really don't care. I'm happy to see what the flowers will look like! The edges of the leaves really pinked up, but I think I rescued it too late in the summer for it to bloom for me. Perhaps next year!

I believe it is 'Pink Blush' (without the blush).

The top left corner of 2nd pic plant (in the upside down pic) looks like Echeveria pulidonis.

The other smaller Aloe is probably another from Proven Winners tissue-culture produced plants of Kelly Griffin hybrids. (Yes, PW renamed his plants).
