could you tell me what adenium growers (producers?)

do to make their adeniums big or bigger than mine?

do they keep them for long time before they bring them to the stores for sale or what.

if they keep them for long time in their greenhouses that must be costly to keep them for some years before they are ready for sale with a big caudex?

i bought adenium in the store and they have a big caudex and those ones that i grow they are nice looking too but it will take them who knows how many years to get cadex size of those bought in the stores; home depot, lowe's, etc.

please, tell me as much as you know about those things,
