In the second pic are you referring to the thorny plant with the small red flowers? That is a Crown of Thorns, or Euphorbia milli.

Can't help with the first picture. Sorry.

First one is Syngonium podophyllum, AKA 'Arrowhead Vine.' Not a succulent like the second, but a tropical plant (grown as a houseplant by many, some grow outside year-round if it's warm enough. Not frost tolerant or cold tolerant for that matter).
