Great photos! I especially love the second one, where the buds are just cracking open like seedpods with the fuzz spilling out. That's one of my favorite Hoya photos I've seen in a while. Congrats on the blooms. :)

I have 7 or so and some of them grow fast and some of them grow very very slow as you describe. I find a lot of speed disparity with the mindorensis too. Maybe I've hedged my bets and one of these ponies will actually make it to the finish line in the next few years. The decade comment feels more true, though lol.
Thank you for sharing these photos, tammypie! They sure are beautiful. I really like the first and second one! The flowers on the first photo seem so furry, and they look a little sticky too because of the nectar. I don't have this hoya, but after seeing your photos I might just have to buy one! LOL
Maybe we can trade a piece in the spring. I sure do like yours as well. I have a solid white one (supposed to be anyway) but it has not bloomed yet. It is only 1 year old.
