What's chinese lettuce taste like? I've heard people mention it before...

@georgii--I am interested to know the outcome of your Chinese lettuce squad...judging by the pictures that you posted over a month ago, you may have probably grown some really good lettuce... How was the taste? Was it similar to the usual Chinese lettuce that you can buy from grocery stores?

@cheri-- the taste is a bit bitter compared to other types of lettuce...

Those last two day we had temps above 85 they started to seed right away.

The Romaine Lettce on the other hand is coming along well. I'm going to deloy them to other spots. And their won't be any transfer shock because their going from plain water to plain water.
