Yes, this is an Eichler or it's Northwest cousin, a Rummer. I grew up in this exact model which we refered to as an A Frame. A photo of ours under construction in 1964.

Thanks sandy. Ours is of a similar design - built in the early 1990s in Australia so I imagine the architect was influenced by AQJ. It is a wonderful house to live in with great outlook and v solar passive
