Are they in-grounds or in containers?

Just try to keep them watered. If there is a way to shade them, that would be a real plus.
The harm to peppers should no be severe. Probably you will get a lot of blossom drop, since pollination will not work effectively.
That is my take on heat issue.

If their in containers, do this.

Extended periods over 95F and peppers, like most flowering veggies, will shut down, causing the plants to stop producing flowers and/or drop fruit/flowers/buds.

Do whatever you can to regulate the soil temps. Heavy mulch and shade cloth go a long way in doing this.

Good luck.

Here in Bastrop county, we're having the same kind of heat. Try to give your plants morning sun and afternoon shade, and plenty of water. A good sprinkle before sunrise helps too, as it'll raise the RH in the immediate area of the plants. Just spray'em down with the hose.

Also line up your containers East to West so they'll shade each other somewhat. Every little bit helps. ;)

If they're in-ground, you'll need to shade them with solar shade (assuming there's no afternoon shade)... available at most big box hardware stores and nurseries.
