Just for fun...Yesterday I set up a time lapse of a late season Penang Peach inflo. it was unseasonably cool. I would say no more than 63 degrees with broken sun and a cool breeze all day. after 10 hours it looks like nothing in the first 9.5 hours and then in the last half hour it finally does something. A Watched Pot Never Boils? its about 30 seconds.
