good miniature roses in zone 8 to use as border plantings?

Hi everyone

I roses but they all grow over 3ft tall. What I am looking for is repeat blooming miniatures that could be used as a border in my garden. Has anyone used the minitures as border plants and if so which ones do you recommend. I live in Virginia Beach
