I've run in to information on this on the web, but clearly no one here does. Personally, I'm in a small apartment and it just wouldn't be feasible. Your best bet is google.

I never have but I can't imagine it's any different than composting anything else. I wouldn't want to use the result on garden vegetables for pathogenic reasons but for landscape plants sounds good to me.

I skirt the issue and use urine, nearly all I produce on my cold slow compost piles that are then run through worms but I refrain from the solids due to local ordinances and code enforcement issues. If you find anything out please post, I'd like to learn more about it and others experience.
