Check out the citrus forum, and search for 'cold hardy citrus'. You'll find several threads that should give you an idea of what's possible and what's not.

Of the citrus you mentioned, only the kumquat and satsuma could be grown in the ground without protection outside of zone 10. If yours is zone 9, you might be in luck, and could also try grapefruit and sour orange.

Check out Stan Mackenzie's website as well. He sells hardy citrus and lists the cold tolerance of each variety.

Key lime seems to be very cold intolerant. I have had trouble growing it even in the Houston area.

Again, not sure what zone you're in, but here is Houston 9a, Meyer Lemon is pretty much a sure thing also, as long as it's on its own roots. Every once in a while a really bad freeze can kill it back but it should recover from the roots. You can lose the fruit if they're unprotected, though.

Key Lime should definitely stay in a pot.
