Is this a new or existing home? Can your rotate the tub 90 degrees and put a window on the other wall? That way you could have a larger vanity.

I don't like this plan at all. It's like a hallway, with fixtures lined up against one side of it. The view from the bedroom is of the toilet, or at least the door leading to it, if it's closed. The shower seems narrow for such a large room. This seems like a very poor use of space. Do you have to access the closet from the bathroom? Can you move plumbing and windows? More dimensions would be helpful.

I'd rotate the tub 90 degrees, put it on the top wall, and make the vanity longer, perhaps adding some storage like a countertop linen cabinet in the center.

If you angle the door to the toilet room, to match the angle on the bathroom door, it might give you space for a towel rack on the side wall by the shower where the toilet room door is now.

I don't understand the idea of entering closet from the bathroom. The humidity will ruin your clothes and shoes. While someone is in the bathroom (for any reason), the other person cannot access his/her clothes and get dressed. At least in my life it is so -- when someone is using a bathroom, it is off limit to the other person.

Our builder's original floor plan was in similar way - and that was the first thing we told them to change. It also created more wall space in the bathroon - for all kinds of storage/hooks, decor, etc.

I have the same concerns like jollyrd, I think the shower is too close to your closet. It is better to put shower closer to the window for better ventilation, I would switch toilet/shower with tub.

Also, you need an outswing door on that WC (toilet room).
