It's hard to tell how large they are, if it were me, I'd do neither. I can see a large square or rectangle one with light colors in there. Just remember that where ever you put a mirror it will reflect what's across from it. Be sure you want that reflection to be shown on that wall.

the fluted edged mirror is my choice between the two shown..do u agree?

Thanks SD......it was suggested with all the squares & sharp lines in the room, I try a round mirror. It will be reflecting trees from outside window & bookcase depending on where you are in the room. the fluted is apprx 27" around.

Excellent, I think the reflection of trees is just what the room needs. A round mirror would throw the room off, if ever in doubt use a square or rectangle mirror, the larger the better. 27" is too small, it will look like a large polka dot....that's just my opinion

If your unable to use a square/rectangle mirror, I agree with the fluted one....
