The island is 5'7"D x 10'7"W. I hope this is helpful!

Would this style and size light work over an 8 foot island? Kitchen has 10 foot ceilings? Thanks so much!

How is there 10' of island if room is only 19 x 23 or is the 23' across sink to fridge?

Hi Dave,

I took the dims of the island when that was posted two years ago on the question. There are 44" from island end to front of cabinets and the cabinets are 24"D. So for wall to wall it is approximately 22+' W give or take a few inches. Hope that helps.
