recovering a chair

Hi, I'm recovering a chair and was wondering about what to keep and what to replace. I found some wonderful fabric at fabricguru.com (very inexpensive and great quality) and am ready to get started. I just ripped all the old fabric and stuffing off and was wondering what to replace the cotton batting with. Do they even still make it out of cotton? here's a link to my photo's.

It is very difficult to find genuine cotton batting these days. Even the high end manufacturers and re-upholsterers have switched to polyester fiber. Not only is it cheaper, but it holds its loft better and longer than cotton. Of course if you want to go for true authenticity, you can always go back to horsehair.
