It has changed, but you can still get the HTML link. If you click on the picture, the links will appear on the right side of the screen. Then you can copy the HTML link to use in your post. Hope this helps.

On my Ipad, after tapping the picture a tool bar (menu?) thing appears at the top. One tool looks like a couple links in a chain. Tap that and your options appear to link the photo.

I think pb is less user friendly now. I used to resize everything in there before I posted, but I find it much faster to do it before I ever upload.
