Kudos for Kathy at Maryland Mosaics

Just wanted to let you all know how totally nice Kathy is!

I placed an order for the first time this morning (Sunday) and was having trouble with my credit card going through. I emailed her and she called me within 20 mins!! We got it straightened out (all my fault, I had put in old security code instead of new one) and my order went through!

Now that is customer service!!

And I'll bet you didn't know about the 10% discount she gives forum members if they mention Garden Web. Call her back and see if it's still possible.

Thanks for the reminder, tho! I told her how everyone here always raves about her and now I got a chance to rave, too!
