You should probably look at Dekton or Neolith for countertops. I'm sure they won't fingerprint.

You should check out honed Virginia Mist granite also known as Jet Mist. It is grayish-black and has what looks like a light sprinkling of confectioners sugar on it. The granite slabs vary in that some are a light gray, medium gray, or almost a black. They also vary in how much of the "sugar" is on them. Some slabs have very little of the mist of white so that the slab is almost a solid color, while other slabs have a lot so that the white is very swirly. It's personal taste which you'd like better; you can google pics online of "Virginia Mist" or "Jet Mist" and see all the variation.

In any case, Virgina Mist/Jet Mist is bulletproof. Most people get it honed, and you will likely find that more easily than leathered, but I think there are a few people on the Kitchens Forum who have had it leathered - I'll link a thread. Either honed or leathered, it seems to answer your checklist.

Honed or leathered quartz do hold and show fingerprints. You will have some success with Barkeepers Friend removing them. We recommend against those finishes on quartz and make a customer sign off when they select it.

there are lots of honed or leathered granite options that will give you a look like you described without the fingerprint problem. We regularly do honed and leathered Black Absolute and customers seem very happy with it.
