Anything to increase water pressure - it is terrible

The faucet is beautiful, but we have absolutely no water pressure coming out of nozzle the faucet previous was fine. Is their a regulator in the head that needs to be removed. The pressure cycle is like a gentle show at half water output and standard has a circumference of about 1/4 in. so frustrating - in this state it would not be usable and we would have to return.
