Stair dimensions and sources

We are building this year! I would love to have stairs like these in our basement to the first floor. Anything you could share about them would be appreciated, ie...dimensions and sources for the hardware and type of wood!

I believe we used 5/4" clear maple treads and risers with a 1" overhang. The rails are custom made stainless steel pipe with cable. The pipe connection is concealed by the tread to give it a clean look. On the side wall, the sheetrock goes right to the edge of the slightly overhanging treads.

how big is the opening in the floor and how high is the ceiling in the first floor?
