Do you need a 60” stove I have a catering business and find a 6 burner all gas stove with convection oven and a double full size electric convection oven more than enough space Also the exhaust system for a 60” range is huge and has to have tons of makeup air and in some places are not rated for any thing except a commercial kitchen. If your kids are going to burn the house down they can do it with any type of stove.And FYI I think Wolf is one of the most over rated and over priced stove on the market.

Thank so much Patricia!! Great input regarding the hood - I didn't think about that!! The most appealing thing to me about the Wolf was its aesthetic appeal. I really like the look of a range vs. cooktop and wall ovens. I do find that when I am entertaining that the smaller oven is not roomy enough. Doing double wall ovens and separate cooktop would fix that problem. What do you use? The new 48" Thermadore is awesome with the steam option and warming drawer on the same side but I think the drawer reduces the interior oven space. I really appreciate your input!

I have a Bertazzoni 6 burner gas range and Kitchen-aid double full sized electric ovens my range has a wok burner and a simmer burner and I bought a 2 burner portable induction burner that I use when needed don’t think I will ever like it as much as gas.

That looks like the wall of efficiency!! It is awesome! I haven't looked into the Bertazzoni. I have only hit one appliance store. I will check online to see which appliance store in my area sells them. I went to the Lacanche showroom in NYC when I was there a few months ago but their ranges take 3-6 months for delivery and then I have heard issues about damages in shipment and then be delayed even more. Are they ovens on either side of your range? Are they three, 36" ovens?

They are stainless cabinets from Ikea on castors to move where I need them when there are afew of us in the kitchen both are topped with butcher block for chopping or doing pastry. My double wall ovens are on the other side of my island.
