2015 Wolf 60" vs Viking 60" or stay with Thermadore

I am having problems deciding on a stove. We entertain quite a bit and I have a 2003 Thermadore 48" that I love but we are moving and it will stay behind. I do feel that I need additional oven space so I was going to upgrade to the 60". I visited the Lacanche gallery in NYC and do love this as an option. They are nothing but gorgeous but the ovens are VERY small!! We are moving into an old PA farmhouse that was built in the 1700's in its oldest section. I really am afraid of having to wait for 3-6 months for it and then have problems with dings, dents and having to start over and extend our wait. Also I do love buying American made. I looked at the BlueStar Range- it is locally made in Reading, PA. It may be too powerful for me. My 2 daughters (age 17 and 12) like to cook and I could see them setting the house on fire with that one! Any thoughts? I have heard of Viking door problems, Wolf blue enamel problems.
