Wall Height of Sconces

What a great use of space in a tight area! How high are the sconces placed? They look reasonable in reference to the sink given that the ceiling is so low.

Also, with ceilings that low, do you recommend up lighting v. down lighting - in this example, seems that the ceiling helps the light "bounce" and further illuminate. Beautifully done!
