Well thy don't look like my Morugas color aside, thy kinda look like a scotch bonnet with a tail, my yellows are unbelievably hot

Not the right look for a Trinidad Scorpion Moruga, also not a good seed source e-bay is never a good source for peppers,

I messaged the eBay seller, and this is what they said.
"Hello, were they planted near other peppers? I did not receive a complaint by anyone regarding this and I did grow the Morugas myself. Yes they are Heirloom. It looks like a stuffing scotch bonnet which I did not carry at the time of the seed sale. It looks cool and I would be interested in planting those seeds. Not sure how that mutation happened."

It is most likely a cross breed. It is pretty interesting how it killed all the heat in the pepper. I'm planning on growing it out a few generations to see how those turn out. If I like what I see, then I might try to stabilize it out over several more generations.

It would be nice to figure out what the parents of this pepper are though.

If it's the result of a cross, and it certainly looks and sounds like it is, then the seller is at fault. When peppers cross pollinate the pods aren't affected, only the seeds are. Meaning the cross pollination would have had to have happened in the generation before you acquired and grew the seeds. It's definitely not your fault and there was nothing you could do.
