The ventilation system used above the range is really powerful and works wonderfully to keep the kitchen free of residue build-ups on any of the surfaces.

Hello, Very pretty kitchen. Looking at this 60" for our new home. Did you have to place ventilation/hood at that height for a reason? Would lower work too? Thank you:)

Hi there! Typically you want to hold the top of the hood at least 6' from the floor (or a little higher) so its not a 'head bumper' every time you are at the range cooking.
