My goal is to make good use of the odd nook in my kitchen. It will be windows on two sides. Otherwise I'm afraid it becomes an unused nook. And I do love the corner sink and the counter space between range and sink for prep etc.

i'd put a kitchenaid mixer in that far corner and set up my baking things above and below. its nice to be able to bake out of the main mess of the kitchen.

Can you move the 'fridge next to the pantry?

I don't think you have room for a second sink.

Can you put the sink where the stove is and put the stove in the nook area where the corner sink is now? except don't put the stove on an angle.

Your appliances should go in order, from fridge to sink to stove, because that's how one works around the kitchen.
