Hi Josh, I'm hoping this gets to you. The price on the Japanese Tea House designed by us (Miriams River House Designs) and as you see it in the picture was around $100,000. This was the price 6 years ago. It is quite elaborate with copper roof, hand carved wood ceiling screens, three specialty designed stained glass windows and hand blown glass in the transoms. The two small side peak windows were hand made with crushed Herkimer Diamonds in the glass. The front stone landing step was from a local historic school house from the 1800's. Much of the wood used is considered exotic. This building, when completed is a 'one of a kind' art piece. Our company can and does buildings of all prices. Just depends what the client requires.
