This is a small bath, you could find some of these items somewhat similar but not as nice prefab which would save some cost and down grade the finishes and fixtures (sink, faucets) and still have a nice bathroom - requires research.

5'-8" between walls, toilet is required 2'6", vanity is 3'-2" wide by 2' deep.
