Swooning over this fireplace! Can you tell me about the hearth?

I'm particularly interested in the height and depth of the hearth. Seems lower than normal seating level, but still provides display space (and seating if necessary). Height and depth?

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately this was build eight years ago and I'm unable to readily access the specs on this fireplace. The insert is a 42" one if that helps at all.
